How long does delivery take?

Experience has shown that the delivery time is about 5-14 days. If our suppliers are very busy, the delivery times may vary. Due to the current circumstances caused by the corona virus (Covid-19), longer delivery times may occur.

We will send you a tracking number for your order so you can see where your products are at all times.

We at Semporia attach great importance to being able to offer the consumer beautiful and special products. Not only the quality is important for us, but also the price. We try to keep the price as low as possible. This is done by sending the products directly from the supplier. This allows us to make huge savings on our storage costs. Our suppliers are represented all over the world. This means, however, that it will take a little longer before you receive the products.

Why did I only receive one product?

We would also like to inform you that if you order several products in our webshop, they may arrive on different days, as we work with several suppliers. This means that one package can arrive earlier than the other.
